PROJECT OVERVIEW
Guangdong Power Limited secured a significant order from a new client in Saudi Arabia, requiring a bulk supply of generators. After multiple meetings at our China factory, we finalized the price and lead time. The order consisted of 8 sets 625kva diesel generators powered by Cummins Engines and Stamford Alternators.
● Order: 8 sets generators, including 6 x G625DG-60HZ units with Cummins engines and 2 G500DG-60HZ units with Cummins engines.
● Features: Each set equipped with an 8-hour base tank (calculated at 80% optimal power load), ABB breakers, and DSE7320 controllers.
Given the strict lead time, precise planning was essential. Coordination with suppliers for engines and alternators, along with scheduling major components, was critical to ensure timely production and shipping.

● Team Effort: The production team worked on two generators simultaneously, while the office staff managed documentation efficiently. The sales team ensured thorough testing and quality checks.
● Communication: A WhatsApp group facilitated real-time communication between Guangdong Power Limited and MASDAR, ensuring adherence to agreed lead times.
